Well this is my first challenge for 2015 so I hope you like it, we have got a new company which I totally loved the image I was sent I think she is beautiful just hope I have done it justice.  I first decided what colour to use and with it still being winter I went for cold colours (which I have listed above).  I then cut her out and decided to have a light yellow back ground as the flowers are yellow,  I went with blue so that it would match the colour on the dress. I stuck the yellow card onto the white A5 card and put the blue corners on which have got flowers in the die... I then put the image in the middle and added pearls at the sides to finish it off.. The butterfly on the hair I have added glitter to it which isn't showing up well in the photo....

This is a new company image which I must admit when I received it and never having coloured a Christmas tree I was oh no HELP what on earth can I do, as I'm not great at colouring and still so much a novice I thought oh well here goes it will either work out ok or will be in the bin and try again lol... so I thought just go for it.. I hope you like it as much as I do.  Once I had started doing the image I really got into it and enjoyed colouring.. I used my dies to cut out the image and the green mirror card and used my new die to do the lace border at the bottom which I then put in green gems in all the little holes at the bottom.
I mounted it on the green mirror card and decided to have silver star mirror card for the main back ground to which I then glued onto the A5 card. I used silver Merry Christmas peel offs on the silver mirror card.

I hope you enjoy reading my blog and please feel free to leave me feedback as I love reading and taking on board any tips that are given to me.
